The Vortex RoK Cup is the European answer to the popular American Made Honda CR125 Stock Moto divisions. The Rok Shifter was designed to satisfy the demands of many riders who wish to compete in a category with a gearbox, but always according to the philosophy of the Rok program: low costs and stable regulations.

Please Note Engine Options:

  • Factory Supplied - Stock  Engine as supplied from Vortex Rok.  No addiional parts or labor.
  • SwedeTech Prep + Prep Parts - Engine will be prepped per Vortex Rok Cup USA rules - Parts installed per Rok Cup USA Rules to make the engine and carburetor compliant.
  • SwedeTech Prep + Prep Parts + Dyno Break In - Engine will be prepped per Vortex Rok Cup USA rules - Parts installed per Rok Cup USA Rules to make the engine and carburetor compliant.  Engine will be broken in on the SwedeTech Dyno.
  • Complete Engine Package with Prep and Dyno Break In - Engine will be prepped per Vortex Rok Cup USA rules and the engine will be Dyno Tuned - Additonal parts included for installation on kart chassis will include water pump, water pulley, water hoses, clutch cables, chain, sprocket, fuel line, and other hardware.

SwedeTech does not provide torque or horsepower numbers since every dyno set up will output varying results.

Please Note - The factory supplied Rok Shifter Engine is not compliant with Rok Cup USA rules UNLESS your add the additional options package

Labor Options Package includes:

  • Labor to inspect internals of engine including crank run out and piston clearance
  • Labor to pressure check engine for damaged seals or gaskets
  • Labor to set engine up to optimum performance specs within stated rule structure
  • Labor to R&R Carburetor, install jetting for rules compliancy, set up proper vent line configuration
  • Modify OE Vortex engine mount to fit 30mm and 32mm chassis with either 90mm or 92mm spacing
  • Modify OE Vortex engine mount to utilize single bolt butterly clamps
  • Install hardware to include Tech Seal Nuts, Tech seal bolt, and clutch arm clevis assembly
  • Mount fuel pump 
  • Install fuel pump pulse line and fuel lines from pump to carburetor
  • Pack Silencer with Long Lasting Packing Material
