SwedeTech recommends the Yoshi double swivel exhaust springs for most of our Shifter exhaust system applications.
The Yoshi exhaust spring comes with a rubber housing to deaden vibrations.
Before you order exhaust springs, measure the distance from the exhaust manifold loops to the exhaust pipe spring loops. While you measure the exhaust spring lengths, inspect the manifold and exhaust pipe for damage, wear, and sharp edges where the springs will rest. You will want the spring to only stretch 10%-20% of its coil length while installing.
Too much spring stretch will cause premature failure of the spring or the spring hooks
Tool little spring stretch will cause the exhaust to be loose or have excessive vibrations
